We invite you to join The Corner Bookstore Book Club!

We are all readers—otherwise you wouldn’t be here, at our website! 

Reading is a solitary activity, but at times haven’t you read a book that you wished you could share with someone? 

At The Corner Bookstore we foster a community of avid readers and critical thinkers, the kind of folks with whom you would like to exchange thoughts and opinions. To that end, we invite you to join our first ever The Corner Bookstore Book Club!

In keeping with our commitment to only carry “the best of the best,” for The Corner Bookstore Book Club we will be selecting only “the best of the best” of recent releases to read and discuss each month.

Starting in January, 2024, the book club will meet on the last weekend of each month, Saturdays at 6:00 p.m. and Sundays at 5:00 p.m., at our location, 1313 Madison Ave., corner of 93rd St. and Madison Ave.

We are currently at max capacity, but if you’re interested in joining please sign up below or in person to join our wait list. We will email you when a spot becomes available.

This month we are reading Now I Surrender, by Alvaro Enrigue, which will be the subject of the April meetings. You can reserve your copy in person or over the phone.
